Questions, answered
Who is Nami for?
Nami is our everyday ceremonial — balanced and approachable, designed for daily rituals and modern preparations alike. If it is your first tin of ceremonial matcha, or the one you will reach for every morning, start here.
Is Nami good for lattes?
Yes — Nami was blended for exactly that. Its layered umami and creamy body hold their shape through milk. Whisk 2–3 g with 30–40 ml of warm water into a smooth paste, then pour over steamed or iced milk. Fortified oat milk pairs especially well.
What does Nami taste like?
Naturally sweet with gentle chocolate-like notes, a subtle whisper of nori, and a savoury umami depth. Lighter and more approachable than Daichi, with the same clean finish.
What is in the blend?
Nami is Okumidori-forward — about 80% Okumidori, rounded out with Yamatomidori, Saemidori, and Yabukita. Blending this way keeps the cup smooth and consistent across seasons while letting Okumidori's sweetness lead.
How much caffeine is in a serving?
A 2 g serving carries roughly 80–140 mg of caffeine, working alongside L-theanine for steady, focused energy rather than a jolt.
How should I store matcha?
Sealed tight, cool, and dark. Refrigerate after opening and finish an opened pouch within a few weeks — matcha's colour and aroma are at their most vivid when fresh.
How quickly will my order reach me?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–5 business days anywhere in India, shipped via Bluedart and DTDC. We accept prepaid orders for now — cash on delivery is on the way.
